1. It starts with you!

If you have any varicose vein or leg concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us. Your condition and concern is likely to be very treatable with modern and minimally invasive techniques. Please call us at (920) 731-8131 to talk to one of our patient service representatives. Alternatively, we have a convenient and secure Online Form that asks for some of your basic contact information. Simply fill this out at any time and we will be sure to contact you to schedule your appointment.

2. Our office will set things up

Based on the information you provided, our office staff will help decide if you need any additional testing before coming to see one of our surgeons. One of the most commonly ordered tests is an ultrasound examination prior to your office appointment, which helps diagnose deeper vein issues that may not be obvious to the eye. These tests are typically covered by insurance as part of medical evaluation and can be invaluable in helping you and your physician decide on treatment options. However, testing is not mandatory and you can certainly decide after you have met and discussed with your consulting provider. If you wish to hold off any diagnostic tests until your appointment, please let our staff know.

3. You are scheduled to see a vascular provider

At Fox Valley Surgical Specialists, your first contact for vein consultation is always with one of our board-certified vascular surgeons or nurse practitioner.
